The Ugo Basile Multi-Maze

Introduction

The Ugo Basile Multi-Maze (formerly called the Radial Arm Maze) has up to 8 motorized doors which can be raised or lowered to control the animal's access to the arms. The doors operate quickly and silently and raise and lower from below, a characteristic that makes them ideal for use with ANY-maze.

The Multi-Maze doors can be controlled manually using switches on the control box, or the control box can be connected to a PC using a USB cable and the doors can then be controlled directly from within ANY-maze.

To use the UB Multi-Maze with ANY-maze, you need to:

Install the software that was supplied with the device (instructions are in the supplied manual).

•

Connect the device to your computer using the supplied USB cable.

•

Connect the device to mains power and switch it on.

•

Put the device into Remote control mode (again, instructions can be found in the manual).
