Stage group stages

In brief

Simply select the stages which are part of the group by checking them in the stages list on the stage group's settings page.

Details

A stage can only be part of a single stage group.

A stage group does not have to include any stages, but if it doesn't then it will not be of any use and you may as well delete it from your protocol.
