ANY-maze Help > Troubleshooting > Problems with saving or converting videos to standard format Problems with saving or converting videos to standard format

DetailsThe Windows Media Foundation libraries allow ANY-maze to record videos in the MP4 and WMV standard formats. However, some versions of Microsoft Windows do not include this functionality by default. Windows editions labelled 'N' (for example, "Windows 8.1 N" or "Windows 10 Professional N") have been created for certain markets and contain the same functionality as other Windows versions except for media-related technologies. This is to allow Windows users to choose their own media playback and recording technology, rather than being automatically given the technology provided by Microsoft as a default. To add this functionality to one of these versions of Windows, you will need to install Microsoft's "Media Feature Pack".
