The ANY-maze interface (AMi)

Introduction

The ANY-maze interface, or AMi for short, provides simple, plug and play connections to a wide range of apparatus typically found in labs such as: photobeams, touch switches, micro-switches, temperature sensors, rotary encoders, remote controls, shockers, pellet dispensers, etc.

As the name implies, the ANY-maze interface is designed specifically for use with ANY-maze and as such is tightly integrated into the system. Driver set-up, device updates, configuration, testing, etc. is all performed from within ANY-maze.
