IntroductionIf you've sent a query or reported a problem to our support team, they are quite likely to ask you for your ANY-maze log file - this file may contain some information helpful to the problem, together with information about your computer. This can be a quick way of finding out what has caused the problem. To send us your log file, simply select ANY-maze's Support page and then click the

You'll need to fill in your name and e-mail address, and the reference given to you by our support engineers (this will usually be the ID of a ticket in our support system, and allows us to tie the log file back to your original support ticket).
Technical information sent with your messageWhen trying to resolve support questions, it can be extremely helpful if we know certain technical information about your computer. For example, if the tracking seems rather poor, the problem may simply be that your computer isn't powerful enough. Because this information is so useful, the system will automatically include it in any e-mail you send using this support page. Specifically, the information included is:
