Using the Ugo Basile Activity Cage photobeam sensor blocks

Introduction

The Ugo Basile Activity Cages include two photobeam sensor blocks, which ANY-maze can use to detect vertical movement. Depending on how you configure the cages, ANY-maze will use either just the horizontal block or both blocks. In either case, the blocks themselves will appear within ANY-maze as Photobeam array devices; you will be able to test them using the I/O page, and actually use them within experiments by including On/off input elements in your protocol.
