Track plots

ANY-maze automatically includes track plots of the position of the animal's centre point and, if relevant, the animal's head in all new protocols. You can edit or even delete these track plots if you wish, and of course you can add new track plots too.

As the name implies, track plots show the track that an animal took through the apparatus during a test. They can also show where specific events, such a freezing or rearing occurred. There are lots of ways to configure track plots and you can define any number of them, so it's easy to set up and format plots show exactly what you want.
