Setting up a heat map

ANY-maze automatically includes heat maps for the position of the animal's centre point and, if relevant, the animal's head in all new protocols. You can edit or even delete these heat maps if you wish, and of course you can add new heat maps too.

To add a heat map to a protocol, click the Add item button in the ribbon bar and select New Heat map from the menu which appears.

What you need to do

 1.Enter the heat map's name 
 2.Specify what you would like the heat map to show 
 3.Specify the time the hottest colour should represent 
 4.Optionally specify any markers you would like on the heat map 
 5.Optionally specify the part(s) of the test to include
